Eligible returns
Unopened jars with intact tamper seals may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery if the batch recorded on your packing slip matches the jar base. Opened or punctured seals cannot be accepted due to hygiene and traceability rules governing ingestible products.
How to start a return
- Email support@thexrovacrex.world with your order reference, reason for return, and photographs of every seal.
- Wait for instructions; unauthorised parcels may be refused at the loading dock.
- Ship with tracking; outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless Australian Consumer Law states otherwise.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days of warehouse receipt. If your financial institution delays settlement, contact them before opening a second dispute with us.
Damaged deliveries
Report crushed cartons within 48 hours with photographs of the outer box and inner padding. We arrange replacements when stock remains for the same batch, or refunds if replacement is impossible.
